  • Do I need a ticket to get in?
    All visitors age 3 and up need to purchase a ticket! We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance online for your convenience.
  • Minimum age requirement?
    There is no age minimum. However, parents are responsible for younger children.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We only accept exact cash because we do not know if we will have the exact change for you.
  • Refunds or exchanges?
    Tickets are non-refundable. If the day of the event you feel sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 you can send us an email to reschedule.
  • Are tickets available at the door?
    Yes they are! However, if you purchase online it will guarantee your time slot rather than waiting in the long line!
  • How do I present my ticket?
    You can print it or use your mobile device to present your ticket.
  • Are there discounts?
    There are discounts for seniors, military, first responders, and groups of 4.
  • Running late?
    It is best to arrive on time to allow yourself the maximum time to enjoy the pop-up. Please note your ticket is only available for the date and time purchased unless you are facing an emergency please send an email using our contact tab so that we can reschedule your visit. Please note this is on a case by case basis.
  • How long can I stay?
    There is no time limit however we would love for everyone to have the chance to enjoy the space. Please be mindeful of others and the COVID-19 guidelines!
  • Photos & Videos?
    Absolutely yes! We welcome our visitors to capture these fun moments and experiences. Please feel free to use our hashtags #projectscene #projectscenenyc or mention us in your stories and posts @projectscenenyc on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook for a chance to be featured!
  • Can I bring my pet?
    Pets are not allowed as of now. Service animals are allowed under their owner’s control (as authorized by applicable law). But, we will have a pet day that will welcome all your fur babies. Stay tuned!
  • Coat check?
    We do not check coats. However, we will have a section you can put your belongings down temporarily for when you take pictures.
  • Can I bring food and drinks?
    Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside. However, we will have certain days where we will either have food and drinks for free or for purchase.
  • Lost something?
    This is an interactive space so please hold onto your belongings as we’re not responsible for any lost items. You can feel free to contact us to see if we had any luck recovering the item.
  • Wheelchair accessible?
    Yes! Please feel free email us in advance to let us know any of your needs so that we can accommodate!
  • Are strollers allowed inside?
    Yes you can put the stroller on the side. We do not recommend strolling with it.

  • Do I have to keep my mask on?
    If you feel more comfortable with the mask on you are welcome to do so! However, it is not mandatory to wear a mask if you have your vaccination card proof with you. Any questions please feel free to reach out to us on the contact tab.
  • Safety measures?
    Yes, we will be checking everyone’s temperature at the door and if you’re 100 degrees or higher, we will look to reschedule your visit for another time, free of charge.
